Common use of Employment and Labor Agreements Clause in Contracts

Employment and Labor Agreements. Except as set forth on Schedule 4.20, there are no employment or management agreements covering management of Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries and there are no collective bargaining agreements or other labor agreements covering any employees of Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries. A true and complete copy of each such agreement has been furnished to Agent.

Except as set forth on Schedule 4.204.18, there are no employment or management agreements covering management of Borrower or any of its Borrower's Subsidiaries and there are no collective bargaining agreements or other labor agreements covering any employees of Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries. A true Borrower and complete copy its Subsidiaries are in compliance with the terms and conditions of each all such agreement has been furnished collective bargaining agreements and other labor agreements except where the failure to Agentso comply could not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.
