Common use of Employment and Labor Contracts Clause in Contracts

Neither Shared Technologies nor any of its subsidiaries is a party to any employment, management services, consultation or other similar contract with any past or present officer, director, employee or other person or, to the best of Shared Technologies' knowl- edge, any entity affiliated with any past or present officer, director or employee or other person other than those set forth in Section 5.17 of the Disclosure Statement and other than those which (x) have a term of less than one year and (y) involve payments of less than $30,000 per year, in each case true and complete copies of which contracts have been delivered to Xxxxxxxxx, and other than the agreements executed by employees generally, the forms of which have been delivered to Xxxxxxxxx.
