Common use of EMPLOYMENT ANNIVERSARY DATE Clause in Contracts

EMPLOYMENT ANNIVERSARY DATE. The date upon which an employee’s long service increments are based. For persons employed during the first sixteen (16) days of the month, the anniversary date is the first of the month. If employed after the sixteenth of the month, the anniversary date is the first of the next month.
