Common use of Employment by Corporation Clause in Contracts

Employment by Corporation. The Corporation hereby agrees to employ Executive as the Corporation’s full-time Chief Financial Officer. As Chief Financial Officer, Executive will report to the Corporation's Chief Executive Officer and to the Corporation’s Board of Directors, and shall have such duties consistent with that of a Chief Financial Officer that may from time to time be designated or assigned to Executive pursuant to the directives of the Chief Executive Officer and/or Board of Directors.

Employment by Corporation. The Corporation hereby agrees to employ Executive to perform such duties on behalf of the Corporation as the Corporation’s full-time Chief Financial OfficerExecutive Officer of the Corporation. As Chief Financial Executive Officer, Executive will report to the Corporation's Chief Executive Officer and to the Corporation’s Board of Directors, and shall have such duties consistent with that of a Chief Financial Executive Officer that may from time to time be designated or assigned to Executive pursuant to the directives of the Chief Executive Officer and/or Board of Directors.
