Common use of Employment by Subsidiary Clause in Contracts

Employment by Subsidiary. If, at the Effective Date, the Employee is an employee of a subsidiary of the Company, then references in this Agreement to the Employee's employment by the Company shall be understood as references to the Employee's employment by the subsidiary.
