Employment by Wholly Owned Entities. If, at or after the Effective Date, the Executive is or becomes an Executive of one or more corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies or other entities that are, directly or indirectly, wholly owned by the Company (“Wholly Owned Entities”), references in this Agreement to the Executive’s employment by the Company shall include the Executive’s employment by any such Wholly Owned Entity.
