Employment Following a Change in Control. If a Change in Control of the Company occurs when the Executive is employed by the Company, the Company will continue thereafter to employ the Executive, and the Executive will remain in the employ of the Company, during the Employment Period, in accordance with the terms and provisions of this Agreement.
