Common use of Employment Matters and Employee Plans Clause in Contracts

Employment Matters and Employee Plans. (a) There are no Contracts, written or oral, between the Acquiror or an Acquiror subsidiary on one side, and any other party on the other side, relating to payment, remuneration or compensation for work performed or services provided (other than professional advisors engaged by the Acquiror or of any of its subsidiaries to provide services in connection with the Arrangement), or that would require any payment to be made, as a result of the completion of the transactions contemplated in this Agreement.
