Employment; Noncompetition; Nondisclosure. Except for any transfer of employees of ACAS to the Manager or as otherwise disclosed in the Registration Statement, the General Disclosure Package and the Prospectus, the Manager has not been notified that any executive officer of the Company or the Manager plans to terminate his or her employment with the Manager or ACAS, as applicable.
