Common use of Employment of Advisers Clause in Contracts

Employment of Advisers. A "named fiduciary", with respect to the Plan (as defined in ERISA Section 402(a)(2)) and any "fiduciary" (as defined in ERISA Section 3(4)) appointed by such a "named fiduciary", may employ one or more persons to render advice with regard to any responsibility of such "named fiduciary" or "fiduciary" under the Plan.
