Common use of Employment of Agents and Employees Clause in Contracts

Employment of Agents and Employees. Nothing in this Agreement shall preclude the Partnership from entering into any contract with any agent, third party, affiliate or General Partner to manage or provide services or property with respect to the Partnership’s properties or business so long as such employment or services shall be on terms competitive with those that the Partnership could obtain from unaffiliated sources.
