Common use of Employment of Executive; Term Clause in Contracts

Employment of Executive; Term. The Company hereby employs Executive initially as the Chief Executive Officer of the Company’s division called Bankrate Credit Cards, and Executive hereby accepts such employment by the Company, under the terms of this Agreement. The term of employment hereunder (the “Term”) shall commence as of the Effective Date and shall terminate pursuant to Section 7 of this Agreement.

Employment of Executive; Term. The Company hereby employs Executive initially as the Chief Executive Operating Officer of the Company’s division called Bankrate Credit CardsInsurance, and Executive hereby accepts such employment by the Company, under the terms of this Agreement. The term of employment hereunder this Agreement (the “Term”) shall commence as of the Effective Date and shall terminate pursuant to Section 7 of this Agreement.

Employment of Executive; Term. The Company hereby employs Executive initially as the Chief Executive Officer of the Company’s division called Bankrate Credit CardsBxxxxxxx.xxx, and Executive hereby accepts such employment by the Company, under the terms of this Agreement. The term of employment hereunder (the “Term”) shall commence as of the Effective Date and shall terminate pursuant to Section 7 of this Agreement.

Employment of Executive; Term. The Company hereby employs Executive initially as the Chief Executive Officer Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of the Company’s division called Bankrate Credit Cards, and Executive hereby accepts such employment by the Company, under the terms of this Agreement. The term of employment hereunder (the “Term”) shall commence as of the Effective Date and shall terminate pursuant to Section 7 of this Agreement.
