Common use of Employment of Experts Clause in Contracts

Employment of Experts. The Trustee is hereby authorized to employ as its agents such attorneys at law, certified public accountants and recognized authorities in their fields (who are not employees of the Trustee), as it reasonably may deem necessary to assist it to carry out any of its obligations hereunder, and shall be reimbursed by the Board for all reasonable expenses and charges in so doing.
