Common use of Employment of Former State or COUNTY Employees Clause in Contracts

Employment of Former State or COUNTY Employees. CONTRACTOR will ensure that any of 4 its employees who were formerly employed by the State of California or the County of Orange, in a 5 position that could have enabled such individuals to impact policy regarding or implementation of 6 programs covered by this Agreement, will not be assigned to any part or phase of the activities 7 conducted pursuant to this Agreement for a period of not less than two (2) years following the termination 8 of such employment.

Employment of Former State or COUNTY Employees. CONTRACTOR will ensure that any of 4 its employees who were formerly employed by the State of California or the County of Orange, in a 5 position that could have enabled such individuals to impact policy regarding or implementation of 6 20 programs covered by this Agreement, will not be assigned to any part or phase of the activities 7 21 conducted pursuant to this Agreement for a period of not less than two (2) years following the termination 8 22 of such employment.

CONTRACTOR will ensure that any of 4 its 25 employees who were formerly employed by the State of California or the County of Orange, in a 5 position 26 1 that could have enabled such individuals to impact policy regarding or implementation of 6 programs covered 2 by this Agreement, will not be assigned to any part or phase of the activities 7 conducted pursuant to this 3 Agreement for a period of not less than two (2) years following the termination 8 of such employment.

Employment of Former State or COUNTY Employees. CONTRACTOR will ensure that any of 4 its 15 employees who were formerly employed by the State of California or the County of Orange, in a 5 position that 16 could have enabled such individuals to impact policy regarding or implementation of 6 programs covered by 17 this Agreement, will not be assigned to any part or phase of the activities 7 conducted pursuant to this 18 Agreement for a period of not less than two (2) years following the termination 8 of such employment.
