EMPLOYMENT OUTSIDE THE COUNTIES. Nothing in this Agreement prevents the Executive from accepting employment from a Competing Business, after termination of the Executive's employment, outside the Counties, as long as the Executive will not, either directly or indirectly, (a) act as an employee or other representative or agent of the Competing Business within the Counties or (b) have any responsibilities for the Competing Business' operations within the Counties.
