Employment; Position; Term. The Company hereby employs -------------------------- the Executive, and the Executive hereby accepts employment with the Company, in the capacity of Chief Executive Officer. Subject to Section 4, the term of Executive's employment under this Agreement (the "Term") shall be for five (5) years, beginning June 1, 1994. The Term shall be extended for successive one-year periods on June 1 of each year beginning June 1, 1999, unless on or before April 1 prior to any such renewal date the Company or the Executive provides written notice to the other of its or his intention not to renew.
