Employment Reporting Sample Clauses

Employment Reporting. The Company shall continue to employ the Executive as the Executive Vice President and General Counsel. The Executive hereby accepts such employment, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Executive shall report directly to the Chief Executive Officer of the Company (the “Chief Executive Officer”).

Employment Reporting. Agent will prepare, execute, and file for the Owner and for itself all forms, reports, and returns required by law in connection with the employment of personnel, including unemployment insurance, worker's compensation insurance, disability benefits, social security, and other similar insurance, benefits or taxes now in effect or hereafter imposed.

Employment Reporting. The Company shall continue to employ the Executive as its President and Chief Executive Officer. The Executive hereby accepts such continued employment, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Executive shall report directly to the Chief Executive Officer (the “MMC CEO”) of ▇▇▇▇▇ & McLennan Companies, Inc. (“MMC”).

Employment Reporting. The Company shall employ the Executive as its Vice Chairman, Office of the Chief Executive Officer of MMC (“MMC Vice Chairman”)] and shall make the Executive available to continue to provide services for ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Delta Consulting LLC (“Mercer Delta”) and its clients. The Executive hereby accepts such continued employment, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Executive shall report directly to the Chief Executive Officer of the Company (the “Chief Executive Officer”)

Employment Reporting. The Company shall employ the Executive (i) as Executive Vice President and (ii) effective no later than March 31, 2006, as its Chief Financial Officer. The Executive hereby accepts such employment, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Executive shall report directly to the Chief Executive Officer of the Company (the “Chief Executive Officer”).

Employment Reporting. MMC shall cause Kroll Inc. (“Kroll”) to continue to employ the Executive as its Chief Executive Officer. The Executive hereby accepts such continued employment, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Executive shall report directly to the Chief Executive Officer of MMC (the “Chief Executive Officer”); provided that such reporting relationship may change in connection with the removal of the Executive from his position as Chief Executive Officer or President of Kroll under circumstances described in the final sentence of Section 5.2.

Employment Reporting. Section 6.4 of the Master Contract is amended and restated in its entirety to read as follows:

Employment Reporting. The Business will have each employee for which LMI status is relevant (normally this includes employees for created jobs, and employees for retained jobs, but not employees forming the measuring baseline of present employment by the Business), complete the Department’s Employee Certification Form (such form to be provided to the Business by the Village. Such form requests information from the employee concerning the employee’s income status, race, gender, and handicap status. The information from such forms, and other pertinent employment data reasonably required by the Village, will be provided by the Business, at least semi-annually. Such information is for use by the Village and the Department in assembling and reporting LMI and other employment data to meet HUD requirements for the CDBG program.

Employment Reporting. The Construction Manager shall obtain from its first and second tier subcontractors, on a monthly basis, reports detailing said subcontractors’ compliance with the “Blueprint Workforce Development Program” as set forth in this Exhibit. The Construction Manager shall incorporate information regarding the Construction Manager’s compliance with the “Blueprint Workforce Development Program” as set forth in this Exhibit and consolidate the subcontractors’ reports and its own information into a reporting form reasonably acceptable to the Owner and the City. The Construction Manager shall submit said consolidated report to the Owner and the City on a monthly basis. Said consolidated report at a minimum shall include the following information and such other information as may be reasonably requested by the Owner and the City in a format reasonably required by the Owner and the City: (i) the percentage of job openings on the construction of the Project that have been filled by referrals from the BEO; (ii) a breakdown by job title of each job opening and whether it was filled by a referral from the BEO; (iii) for each job opening filled by a referral from the BEO, whether the person is still employed as of the date of the report; (iv) descriptions and numbers of jobs that are anticipated to become available in the future, if known, and an estimated timetable for availability of such jobs (reported on a monthly basis pursuant to section 1.1.8 above); (v) any difficulties the Construction Manager and the subcontractors are having with obtaining qualified referrals through the BEO; (vi) for temporary workers provided by a Temp, the names of workers and their job descriptions, their wages and hours worked, and the name of the subcontractor for which the labor was performed; and (vii) any updates to the Construction Manager’s initial estimate and timetable for anticipated employment needs originally provided pursuant to section 1.1.8 above.
