Common use of Employment Rights; Successors; Third Party Beneficiaries Clause in Contracts

Employment Rights; Successors; Third Party Beneficiaries. (a) Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be construed as giving Indemnitee any right to be, or to be retained, in the employment of any of the Enterprise Entities. This Agreement shall continue in force as provided above after Indemnitee has ceased to serve as a director of the General Partner or in any other Corporate Status. (b) This Agreement shall be binding upon each of the Companies and their successors and assigns and shall inure to the benefit of Indemnitee and Indemnitee’s heirs, executors and administrators. (c) The Designating Partners are express third party beneficiaries of this Agreement, are entitled to rely upon this Agreement, and may specifically enforce the Companies’ obligations hereunder (including but not limited to the obligations specified in Section 10 of this Agreement) as though a party hereunder.

(b) This Agreement shall be binding upon each of the Companies and their successors and assigns and shall inure to the benefit of Indemnitee and Indemnitee’s heirs, executors and administrators. (c) The All former, current and future Designating Partners Stockholders (and their respective affiliates) are express third party beneficiaries of this Agreement, are entitled to rely upon this Agreement, and may specifically enforce the Companies’ obligations hereunder (including but not limited to the obligations specified in Section 10 11 of this Agreement) as though a party hereunder.
