Common use of Employment with Affiliates Clause in Contracts

Employment with Affiliates. Employment with the Company for purposes of this Agreement shall include employment with any corporation or other entity in which the Company has a direct or indirect ownership interest of 50% of more of the total combined voting power of the then outstanding securities of such corporation or other entity entitled to vote generally in the election of directors.
