Common use of Employment with an Affiliate Clause in Contracts

Employment with an Affiliate. For purposes of this Agreement, (A) employment or termination of employment of Executive shall mean employment or termination of employment with Employer and all Affiliates, (B) Base Salary and Bonus shall include remuneration received by Executive from Employer and all Affiliates, and (C) the terms Pension Plan, Retirement Plan and Welfare Plan maintained or made available by Employer shall include any such plans of any Affiliate of Employer.

Employment with an Affiliate. For purposes of this Agreement, : (Ai) employment or termination of employment of Executive shall mean employment or termination of employment with Employer Premier and all Affiliates, ; (Bii) Base Salary and Bonus shall include remuneration received by Executive from Employer Premier and all Affiliates, ; and (Ciii) the terms Pension Incentive Plan, Retirement Plan and Welfare Plan maintained or made available by Employer Premier shall include any such plans of any Affiliate of EmployerPremier.
