Common use of Employment with an Affiliate Clause in Contracts

Employment with an Affiliate. For purposes of this Agreement: (i) employment or termination of employment of Executive shall mean employment or termination of employment with Premier and all Affiliates;

Employment with an Affiliate. For purposes of this Agreement: (i) employment or termination of employment of Executive shall mean employment or termination of employment with Grand Premier and all Affiliates;; (ii) Base Salary shall include remuneration received by Executive from Grand Premier and all Affiliates; and (iii) the terms Incentive Plan, Retirement Plan and Welfare Plan maintained or made available by Grand Premier shall include any such plans of any Affiliate of Grand Premier.
