Common use of Employment with Employer Clause in Contracts

Employment with Employer. Employer employs Employee under the terms of this Agreement as of the Initial Date as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Employer. Employee shall be expected to perform such services as are generally performed by the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of a community, commercial bank. Employee shall comply fully with all policies and procedures established, and all lawful directives given, from time to time, by the Board or the Chief Executive Officer.

Employee shall be expected to perform such services as are generally performed by the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Credit Officer of a community, commercial bank. Employment with Employer. Employer employs Employee under the terms of this Agreement as of the Initial Date as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Lending Officer of Employer. Employee shall be expected to perform such services as are generally performed by the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Lending Officer of a community, commercial bank. Employee shall comply fully with all policies and procedures established, and all lawful directives given, from time to time, by the Board or the Chief Executive Officer.
