Common use of Employment With HFC Clause in Contracts

Employment With HFC. (a) HFC hereby agrees to employ Executive initially in the position of Vice President Marketing, and Executive hereby accepts such employment with HFC. Such employment shall continue indefinitely until terminated in accordance with Article II of this Agreement.

Employment With HFC. (a) HFC hereby agrees to employ hires Executive initially in the position of Vice President Marketing, and Chief Executive Officer and Executive hereby accepts such employment with HFC. Such employment shall continue indefinitely until terminated in accordance with Article II III of this Agreement.

Employment With HFC. (a) HFC hereby agrees to employ Executive initially in the position of Vice President MarketingChief Operations Officer, and Executive hereby accepts such employment with HFC. Such employment shall continue indefinitely until terminated in accordance with Article II of this Agreement.

Employment With HFC. (a) HFC hereby agrees to continue to employ Executive initially in the position of Sr. Vice President MarketingCorporate Business Development, and Executive hereby accepts such employment with HFC, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Such employment shall continue indefinitely until terminated in accordance with Article II of this Agreement.

Such employment shall continue indefinitely until terminated in accordance with Article II of this Agreement.

Such employment shall continue indefinitely until terminated in accordance with Article II of this Agreement.

Such employment shall continue indefinitely until terminated in accordance with Article II of this Agreement.
