Common use of Employment with the Company Clause in Contracts

Employment with the Company. While Executive is employed by the Company during the Term, Executive shall be employed as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company, and such other titles as the Company may designate, and shall perform such duties and responsibilities as the Company shall assign to him from time to time, including duties and responsibilities relating to the Company's wholly-owned and partially owned subsidiaries and other affiliates.

Employment with the Company. While Executive is employed by the Company during the Term, Executive shall be employed as the Chief Financial Officer Chairman of the Company, and such other titles as the Company may designate, and shall perform such duties and responsibilities as the Company shall assign to him from time to time, including duties and responsibilities relating to the Company's wholly-owned and partially owned subsidiaries and other affiliates.

Employment with the Company. While Executive is employed by the Company during the Term, Executive shall be employed as the Chief Financial Operating Officer of the Company, and such other titles as the Company may designate, and shall perform such duties and responsibilities as the Company shall assign to him from time to time, including duties and responsibilities relating to the Company's wholly-owned and partially owned subsidiaries and other affiliates.

Employment with the Company. While Executive is employed by the Company during the Term, Executive shall be employed as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company, and or with such other titles title as the Company may designate, and shall perform such duties and responsibilities as the Company shall assign to him Executive from time to time, including duties and responsibilities relating to the Company's wholly-owned and partially owned subsidiaries and other affiliates.

While Executive is employed by the Company during the Term, Executive shall be employed as the Chief Financial Executive Officer of the Company, and such other titles as the Company may designate, and shall perform such duties and responsibilities as the Company shall assign to him from time to time, including duties and responsibilities relating to the Company's wholly-owned and partially owned subsidiaries and other affiliates.

While Executive is employed by the Company during the Term, Executive shall be employed as the Chief Financial Officer General Counsel of the Company, and such other titles as the Company may designate, and shall perform such duties and responsibilities as the Company shall assign to him her from time to time, including duties and responsibilities relating to the Company's wholly-owned and partially owned subsidiaries and other affiliates.

Employment with the Company. While Executive is employed by the Company during the Term, Executive shall be employed as the Chief Financial Executive Officer of the Company, Company and shall perform the duties and responsibilities of the Chief Executive Officer position and such other titles as the Company may designate, and shall perform such duties and responsibilities as the Board of Directors of the Company (the “Board”) shall reasonably assign to him Executive from time to time, including duties and responsibilities relating to the Company's ’s wholly-owned and partially owned subsidiaries and other affiliates.

Employment with the Company. While Executive is employed by the Company during the Term, Executive shall be employed as the Chief Financial Officer CEO and President of the Company, Company and such other titles as the Company may designate, and shall perform such duties and responsibilities as the Board of Directors of the Company (the “Board”) shall assign to him from time to time, including duties and responsibilities relating to the Company's wholly-owned and partially owned subsidiaries and other affiliates.

Employment with the Company. While Executive is employed by the Company during the Term, Executive shall be employed as the Chief Financial Officer Chairman of the Company, and such other titles as the Company may designate, and shall perform such duties and responsibilities as the Company shall assign to him from time to time, including duties and responsibilities relating to the Company's ’s wholly-owned and partially owned subsidiaries and other affiliates.

Employment with the Company. While Executive is employed by the Company during the Term, Executive shall be employed as the Chief Financial Officer General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of the Company, and such other titles as the Company may designate, and shall perform such duties and responsibilities as the Company shall assign to him her from time to time, including duties and responsibilities relating to the Company's wholly-owned and partially owned subsidiaries and other affiliates.

Employment with the Company. While Executive is employed by the Company during the Term, Executive shall be employed as the Chief Financial Officer General Counsel of the Company, and such other titles as the Company may designate, and shall perform such duties and responsibilities as the Company shall assign to him her from time to time, including duties and responsibilities relating to the Company's ’s wholly-owned and partially owned subsidiaries and other affiliates.
