Common use of Employment with the Company Clause in Contracts

Employment with the Company. During the term of Executive's employment with the Company, Executive shall perform such duties and responsibilities for the Company and any other subsidiary of the Company (the "Subsidiaries") as the Board of Directors of the Company (the "Board") shall assign to him from time to time consistent with his position. Executive's title shall be PrimeWood Division, Vice President of Operations.

Employment with the Company. Executive shall be an executive officer of the Company and the Bank and Executive's title shall be PrimeWood Division, Vice President "Chief Financial Officer" of Operationsthe Company and "Chief Financial Officer" of the Bank.

During While Executive is employed by the term of Executive's employment with Company during the CompanyTerm, Executive shall be employed as CEO and President of the Company and perform such duties and responsibilities for the Company and any other subsidiary of the Company (the "Subsidiaries") as the Board of Directors of the Company ("the "Board") shall assign to him from time to time consistent with his position. Executive's title shall be PrimeWood Division, Vice President of Operationstime.

Employment with the Company. During the term of Executive's employment with the CompanyCompany hereunder, Executive shall perform such duties and responsibilities for the Company and any other subsidiary of the Company (the "Subsidiaries") as report to the Board of Directors of the Company (the "Board") and shall perform such duties and responsibilities as the Board shall assign to him from time to time consistent with his position. Executive shall be an executive officer of the Company and Executive's title shall be PrimeWood Division, Vice President of Operations"Interim Chief Executive Officer".
