Common use of Enanta Grant Clause in Contracts

Enanta Grant. Enanta hereby grants to Xxxxxx during the Term an exclusive, royalty-bearing license, including the right to grant sublicenses as provided in Section 8.3, under Enanta Technology, Enanta Patent Rights, Licensed Patent Rights and Enanta’s interest in Joint Technology and Joint Patent Rights, for the sole purpose of Developing Candidates and Commercializing Products in the Field in the Territory; provided, that, Enanta shall retain such rights as may be necessary to Develop and Commercialize Co-Developed Products in the Field and in the Co-Development Territory.
