ENCROACHMENTS, OBSTRUCTIONS AND ACQUISITION OF RIGHTS. 29.1 The Tenant shall not grant any right or licence over the Property to any person nor permit any person to make any encroachment over the Property. 29.2 The Tenant shall not obstruct the flow of light or air to the Property. 29.3 The Tenant shall not make any acknowledgement that the flow of light or air to the Property or any other part of the Building or that the means of access to the Building is enjoyed with the consent of any third party. 29.4 The Tenant shall immediately notify the Landlord if any person takes or threatens to take any action to obstruct the flow of light or air to the Property.
