Common use of End of Interest Period Clause in Contracts

End of Interest Period. If, at the end of the relevant Interest Period, and subject to all of the terms and conditions applicable to a request that a new interest rate be selected, the Lender does not receive timely notice to continue the existing rate or request another Available Rate, the Borrower shall be deemed to have selected an Alternate Base Rate Balance.
