Common use of End of life for COL Clause in Contracts

End of life for COL. 4.5.1 End of life (i.e., the time at which the COL functionality cannot be used any longer) occurs 3 months after a new major version of the Software has been released AND / OR when a breaking change (a significant change to the core of the Software that makes it incompatible with previous versions of the Software) is introduced.
