Common use of End of period of Force Majeure Clause in Contracts

End of period of Force Majeure. Subject to Clauses 12.5 and 12.6, the suspension of the obligations of the Parties due to a Force Majeure Event ends when the Party that issued the notice of the Force Majeure Event is able to resume full performance of its obligations under this Agreement at which time it must issue a notice to the other Party advising that it intends to recommence the performance of its obligations and must thereafter recommence the performance of its obligations.

End of period of Force Majeure.
