Common use of End of Salary Continuation Clause in Contracts

End of Salary Continuation. If at any time you find new employment during the Option Noncompete Period, you agree to proceed in accordance with Section 4.2 to obtain approval from the Company. In the event that such new employment is approved by the Company as not violating the provisions of this Agreement, you acknowledge and agree that the Company shall immediately discontinue any further payments during the Option Period as of the date immediately preceding the first day of such new employment (such date, the “End of Salary Continuation Date”) and the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
