End-to-End Loss. Using a light source and a power meter, the bi-directional, connector-to-connector attenuation will be measured for each fiber at 1310 nm and 1550 nm, as applicable. The acceptance average attenuation per kilometer on a per span basis shall be the attenuation set forth in Exhibit B to this Agreement.
