End User Notices. If CenturyLink terminates Service to Customer for any of the reasons delineated in this Agreement, Customer will provide any and all notices required under applicable law to its End Users. In no event is CenturyLink responsible to provide any notice of a termination End Users. "Act" means the Communications Act of 1934 (47 U.S.C. 151 et. seq.), as amended.
End User Notices. Company will require End Users to keep the Field Upgrade Image if originally delivered on separate media. Once a Field Upgrade Image is installed, the End User may use the Field Upgrade Image on its original media as a Recovery Image. Company shall establish a commercially reasonable procedure to assure the return or destruction of any replaced Recovery Image media.
End User Notices. CSR will promptly forward to each End User any notice it receives regarding the Authorized AWS Services that may affect that End User, including notices of a service interruption, a service suspension, termination of a Reseller Account or a notice of violation of the AUP, including notices pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
