Common use of Endangered Species and Fisheries Conservation Clause in Contracts

Endangered Species and Fisheries Conservation. The Recipient agrees to comply with applicable protections for endangered species of the Endangered Species Act of 1973, as amended, 16 U.S.C. §§ 1531 through 1544, and the Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx Fisheries Conservation Act, as amended, 16 U.S.C. §§ 1801 et seq.
