Common use of Endangered Species and Fishery Conservation Clause in Contracts

Endangered Species and Fishery Conservation. The Recipient agrees to comply, and assures that its Third Party Participants will comply, with the protections for endangered species and fishery conservation of: (1) The Endangered Species Act of 1973, as amended, 16 U.S.C. §§ 1531 – 1544, and (2) The Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx Fishery Conservation and Management Act, as amended, 16 U.S.C. § 1801 et seq.,
