To the extent of Seller’s actual knowledge, the Land does not contain any aquatic life, wildlife or plant defined as or included in the definition of “endangered species” under any federal, state, or local laws, ordinances or regulations relating to the conservation, preservation, management or protection of any endangered species or critical habitat upon which any endangered species depends.
