Common use of Endorsement of Exchange Notice Clause in Contracts

Endorsement of Exchange Notice. Upon the conditions referred to in Clause 6.2 or, as the case may be, Clause 6.3 being fulfilled, the relevant Exchange Notice shall be endorsed, and held subject to Clause 6.5, by the relevant Agent or the Registrar, as the case may be.

Endorsement of Exchange Notice.
