Endorsement of Subordinated Note. At the request of the Collateral Agent, the Subordinated Note and all other documents and instruments evidencing any of the Subordinated Debt shall be endorsed with a legend noting that the Subordinated Note and such other documents and instruments are subject to this Agreement, and the Creditor shall promptly deliver to the Collateral Agent evidence of the same.
