Endorsement or Replacement of Bonds After Amendment or Supplement. After the effective date of any action taken as hereinabove provided, the Trustee may determine that the Bonds may bear a notation by endorsement in form approved by the Trustee as to such action, and in that case upon demand of the Owner of any Outstanding Bond and presentation of such Owner’s Bond for such action such notation shall be made on such Bond. If the Trustee shall so determine, new Bonds so modified as in the opinion of the Trustee shall be necessary to conform to such action shall be prepared, and in that case upon demand of the Owner of any Outstanding Bonds, such new Bonds, shall be exchanged without cost to each Owner for Bonds then Outstanding of the same series and bearing the same interest rate and maturity date at the office of the Trustee upon surrender of such Outstanding Bonds. All Bonds surrendered to the Trustee pursuant to the provisions of this Section 9.03 shall be canceled by the Trustee and shall not be redelivered.

Endorsement or Replacement of Bonds After Amendment or Supplement. After the effective date of any action taken as hereinabove provided in this Article IX, the Trustee may determine that the Bonds may bear a notation by endorsement in form approved by the Trustee as to such action, and in that case upon demand of the Owner of any Outstanding Bond and presentation of such Bond for such purpose at the Principal Corporate Trust Office of the Trustee a suitable notation as to such action shall be made on such Bond. If the Trustee shall receive an Opinion of Counsel advising that new Bonds modified to conform to such action are necessary, modified Bonds shall be prepared, and in that case upon demand of the Owner of any Outstanding Bonds such new Bonds shall be exchanged at the Principal Corporate Trust Office of the Trustee, without cost to each Owner for Bonds then Outstanding upon surrender of such Outstanding Bonds.

If requested by the L/C Issuer, the Borrower also shall submit a letter of credit application and reimbursement agreement on the L/C Issuer’s standard form in connection with any request for a Letter of Credit. In the event of any inconsistency between the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the terms and conditions of any form of letter of credit application and reimbursement agreement or other agreement submitted by the Borrower to, or entered into by the Borrower with, the L/C Issuer relating to any Letter of Credit, the terms and conditions of this Agreement shall control.
