Each Lender will, prior to any transfer of any of the Notes issued to it by the Borrowers, endorse on the reverse side thereof or the grid attached thereto the outstanding principal amount of Loans evidenced thereby. Failure to make any such notation or any error in any such notation shall not affect the Borrowers’ obligations in respect of such Loans.
