Energized Lines Sample Clauses

Energized Lines. The Contractor shall be liable to LES for interruption to any energized line caused by the Contractor in the performance of the work required hereunder. If it is necessary to de-energize any line upon request by the Contractor and as agreed to by LES, the Contractor shall notify the Contract Owner of the time in which the de-energizing is necessary and of the time at which the de-energized line is clear of all personnel, grounding devices and is otherwise prepared for reenergizing.

Energized Lines. The Professional shall perform all work with the lines and equipment energized unless previous arrangements have been made with NBU in writing to de- energize and properly ground the line and/or equipment.
