Energy and Capacity. Subject to and in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Company agrees to make available and deliver to BPDB, and BPDB agrees to accept and purchase from the Company, for the consideration described in Section 12, the Contracted Capacity and, to the extent dispatched, the Net Energy Output.
