Enforceability and Mortgagees Powers. 9.01 Upon the happening of any of the Events of Default specified in the Credit Agreement but without the necessity for any court order or declaration in any jurisdiction to the effect that an Event of Default has occurred (and whether prior to or after any notice referred to in Section 7 of the Credit Agreement) the security constituted by this Mortgage shall become immediately enforceable and the Mortgagee shall be entitled, as and when it may see fit, to put into force and exercise all or any of the powers possessed by it as mortgagee of the Rig or otherwise and in particular:
