Enforceability; Counterparts. This License Agreement shall not be binding upon Licensor unless and until Licensor delivers fully an executed counterpart hereof to Licensee. This License Agreement may be executed in one or more counterparts which, taken together, shall constitute one and the same instrument.

If any term or condition of this License Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining terms and conditions of this License Agreement shall not be affected and shall continue in full force and effect.
