Common use of Enforceability of Agreement and Related Documents Clause in Contracts

Enforceability of Agreement and Related Documents. MGG Buyer has executed and delivered this Agreement and the Related Documents, each of which constitutes the legal, valid and binding obligation of MGG Buyer, enforceable in accordance with their respective terms, except as such enforceability may be limited by applicable bankruptcy, insolvency, reorganization, moratorium, liquidation or other laws relating to, or affecting generally, the enforcement of creditors’ rights and remedies or by other equitable principles of general application.
