ENFORCEABILITY OF POWER OF ATTORNEY. In the event it is subsequently determined that any power of attorney provision in this Agreement is unenforceable, the parties hereto agree to execute, acknowledge, deliver, file, record and publish such other instruments and documents (including separate powers of attorney), and do all such other acts and things as may be required by law, or as may be required to carry out the intent and purposes of such power of attorney provisions.
