Enforceability of the Second Amendment Clause Samples

Enforceability of the Second Amendment. This Amendment and the Financing Agreement, as amended hereby, when delivered hereunder, will be a legal, valid and binding obligation of the Administrative Borrower, enforceable against the Administrative Borrower in accordance with the terms thereof, except as enforceability may be limited by applicable bankruptcy, insolvency, reorganization, moratorium or other similar laws affecting creditors’ rights generally.
