Common use of Enforceability of this Second Amendment Clause in Contracts

Enforceability of this Second Amendment. This Second Amendment and the Loan Agreement, as amended hereby, when delivered hereunder, will be a legal, valid and binding obligation of each Loan Party, enforceable against such Loan Party in accordance with the terms thereof, except as enforceability may be limited by applicable bankruptcy, insolvency, reorganization, moratorium or other similar laws affecting creditors’ rights generally.
