Common use of Enforceability; Ownership Clause in Contracts

Enforceability; Ownership. Each Account represents the legal, valid and binding obligation of the Obligors thereunder and is enforceable against such Obligors in accordance with its terms, except as the same may be limited by bankruptcy, insolvency, moratorium or other laws or regulations, in effect now or in the future, that affect the enforcement of creditors' rights generally. Seller has full legal title to the Accounts and has not assigned any right, title or interest in such Accounts to any other Person.
