Common use of Enforceability; Successors and Assigns Clause in Contracts

Enforceability; Successors and Assigns. This Agreement will be binding upon and inure to the benefit of and is enforceable by the respective successors and permitted assigns of the parties hereto. This Agreement may not be assigned by the Borrower hereto without the prior written consent of the Agent and each Lender. Any assignment or attempted assignment in contravention of this Section will be void ab initio and will not relieve the assigning party of any obligation under this Agreement.
